THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TOOCCUR THURSDAY NIGHT...WHICH MAY RESULT IN FLOODING ON SMALLSTREAMS...CREEKS...ROADS AND LOW LYING AREAS.A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE FROM THE SOUTHERN PLAINS WEDNESDAYEVENING TO CENTRAL IOWA BY FRIDAY MORNING. WARM AND EXTREMELYMOIST AIR WILL MOVE NORTH IN ADVANCE OF THIS LOW INTO THE SOUTHERNGREAT LAKES WITH SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS BECOMING MORE PROBABLE THROUGHOUT THE DAY ON THURSDAY.
