The flooding and fog is what filled my weather time on TV today but I have to tell you I'm a bit intrigued by the brief 'polar vortex' visit this weekend. -26 Celsius by Sunday afternoon. I don't think this is a fluke. Keep in mind that the European model is the 'king of cold air'. So any plans for outdoor activities may need to be changed for Sunday.
