Another fast moving weather system is really going to make for a big change over the next 24 hours. Temperatures are in the 30s just west of us this morning in Chicago. This is going to make for a pretty steep front which will bring some gusty winds and some gusty thunderstorms later today. Highs will be back into the 30s tomorrow. I might have explained this before but the Earth is always trying to attain equal pressure, (which never happens) because of this when there is frictional force with a big pressure drop or rise gusty winds occur to try and equalize that pressure.
