It happened
Flooding rains with another inch fell overnight. The National Weather Service office reports a new daily rainfall record for yesterday with 1.90". This combined with the snow melt is really going to cause problems today across the area. Remember it will take another day for water to get to the rivers. That's going to be the next problem we deal with. River levels will be high for the next several days with a slow decline by the weekend. The good news in all of this is that the rain is over and temperatures are falling back to the 30s today. As far as severe weather goes it's going to be quiet for the next several days.
