Well it began last night with heavy snow as a little vort max made it way toward the area with a huge amount of available mositure. It looks like we will see a bit of a break in precipitation as the moisture will stay to the south until late this afternoon. Warm Air Advection continues today and tomorrow with highs near 50 tomorrow. A strong weather system moves in Wednesday, and that will bring temperatures down. Believe it not with a moist flow from the south we will see the possibility of thunderstorms by Wednesday afternoon and rain changing to snow by Wednesday night. Here's a look at Tuesday
You can see the low moves north with an amazing 850 mb temperature of +10! It looks like this system moves east on Wednesday
850 mb fall to -8 Celsius. While not as big as last week it still is substantial it won't be quite as bad.
